Mount Campa (4D / 3N)- ALTITUDE: 5450 m. The Mount Campa or Maria Huamanticlla is located in Cusco in the Ausangate Area in the Vilcanota range. The climb developed over 4 days, the ascent is easy and can be used as acclimatization mountain for climbs such as Ausangate or any other mountain requiring prior acclimatization. ITINERARYThe itinerary is as follows: DAY 1: Cusco – Tinki (3800m)The journey begins in the morning from Cusco…we will pass the peaceful towns on the Vilcanota Valley until arriving to the Puerto Maldonado roadway; not a paved roadway…but with beautiful landscapes, after approximately 5 hours we will arrive to Tinki, a quiet town 3900 meters above sea level; we will spend the night in a typical hotel. DAY 2: Tinki – base camp (4500m)The trekking starts at 8.00 A.M. we'll pass by Pacchanta (4700m) and then we'll continue until to arrive to base camp; along the route we will pass some small lagoons, we will arrive at base camp at approximately 3pm DAY 3: base camp - attack the summit ( 5450m) – Ninaparayoc (4200m)We will attack the summit in only 4 hours; from the summit, we will return to base camp and continue towards Ninaparayoc lagoon, a magnificent campsite. DAY 4: Ninaparayoc – Pacchanta (4100m) – CuscoThis day we will return to Pacchanta where we'll have as lunch a delicious Pachamanca, a typical food in the Andes, near a nature pool of thermal water.
